Perhaps you remember the uber adorable Martie & Chris from their Santa Monica engagement session we did with them last October. Oh boy, these two are so much fun. They have such a genuine love and excitement for each other and for life. While walking towards their wedding reception at Limoneira, Chris exclaimed, “This is SO awesome. How cool is this?” Their positivity and fun-loving attitude is contagious and we really felt spoiled to get to work with them both at their engagement session and on their wedding day! Many, many thanks to the wonderful ladies at Orange Blossom Special Events for ensuring the day ran smoothly & that the details (despite the wind!) were perfect. Also thanks to the talented vendors who worked so hard on this day: Finding Muchness Films, DJ Tim at Pacific Events Entertainment, Officiant Arielle Haze of LA Wedding Woman, Carrera Pastries, Marie Shannon Confections, FX Flowers Expressed, and Hair & Makeup Artists Christi Thomas and Jordan Rosenthal.

    It is such a treat to share this wedding with you today, not just because this was a perfectly fun & incredibly lovely wedding, but because it was the wedding of my (Amanda’s) dear dear friend Brittany. Brittany is an absolute gem of a person, one of the most thoughtful and generous people I know. Equally kind is Brice, who totally and completely adores Britt. Truly. I can’t even count the number of times we caught Brice admiring his beautiful bride,  kissing her forehead, or exclaiming his love for her on this day. Lucky for Brice, Brittany is pretty smitten with him, too.  ;)

    Brittany & Brice married at Brittanys parents’ house in the Ventura foothills. Special thanks to the wonderful vendors that collaborated on this day: Yamaguchi Flowers, Moonvine Desserts, Joyful Noise, Hair & Makeup Artists Tasha & Bella at Cabelos Salon, & It’s In The Sauce. I am at a loss for what else to say other than Britt–you are so dear to me! Nate & I could not be happier for you two.     Janelle & Cary were married at Sterling Hills Golf Course in Camarillo  and for a late December day, the weather was perfect! We love how laid-back Janelle & Cary are! Their trust allowed us to help them create a stress-free timeline with plenty of time for fun & photos.  Their focus was on having an awesome day celebrating with their friends & family, and they definitely achieved just that!  Many, many thanks to Debbie of Creative Party Concepts for coordinating, Epic Stems Floral Design, Sugar Towne for the dessert table, and Bread Basket for the amazing cake!

      Lauren & Timmy married last Saturday at beautiful Graf Barn in Oxnard. It poured rain earlier in the morning, but by 11am the sky was clear & the air crisp! We loved all of the fun elements of the day–from the colorful diy details Lauren made to the stylish bridal party and Lauren & Timmy’s adorable daughter, Rowan!
